The premiere of the former “Nanny’s” new TV Land series, “Happily Divorced” had a big opening night, drawing about 4.4 million viewers, according to preliminary Nielsen figures. It has to be noted that this is the total audience for the premiere and two quick encores on Wednesday. That’s how cable counts.
This was slightly better than the return of “Hot in Cleveland,” whose cumulative audience for three airings was about 4.3 million.
This is about four times what TV Land draws with its usual fare of evergreen reruns.
